My Story

Co active Coach (ICF member), I have more than 15 years’ successful experience in developing people acquired in both corporate leading organizations and own developed business specialized in handling stress linked to change management.

I grew up between France and Switzerland, I guess this is probably where my interest in cultural differences wriggled.

After my studies in France, I settled in Switzerland where I first worked for a major company leader in Sport and cultural event organization. This job was exciting and I loved being constantly in contact with so many different people whether coming from various countries or from unexpected backgrounds.

Working long hours and travelling a lot I was subject to stress myself. It became difficult to handle pressure. Luckily, life brought me the right approach and made me meet the right people. This is how I changed career a few years later.
I then worked in HR for an international company where I was in charge of managing people’s expatriation and Mobility’s processes. In the meantime, I trained 6 years to become somatic practitioner of the Grinberg Method, then coach and specialized in stress linked to change.

Rich of these experiences, I opened my own practice 10 years ago and  fully experimented the richness and resources that can be found in each person.
Even if it is with little steps, the change that people can reach if they are willing to remains fascinating for me.

Early 2014, I left Switzerland to follow my husband to Dubai and started a new family adventure.

My expatriation’s experience, linked to my skills, made me associate my passion of supporting people to become the best of themselves and bring out the amazing richness of cross cultural understanding.

 It happened that all pieces of my unusual career’ path finally interlocked.

Things always happen for a good reason even if sometimes, we need time to understand the purpose.
